I’m not sure if the packaging is the right size/quality. Can I have a sample?

How long will it take my samples to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your free samples as quickly as possible using DHL. Please allow up to 3 working days for your samples to arrive.

We’re committed to helping our customers implement recycling and composting solutions. Are your products compostable?

Yes, many of our products are compatible and will be clearly labelled as such if they are. Manufacturers of compostable products must provide a Declaration of Compliance. This document verifies compliance with British, European, and International standards, including the products’ suitability for food and drink service, traceability throughout the supply chain, and compostability. What do I need to provide for a custom print product?

For custom print products, we’ll need your logo and any additional text or artwork elements you want included, ideally in a vector format (.ai, .pdfs or .eps ). If not possible, a high-resolution JPEGs (300dpi or higher) may suffice. Please include any specific instructions you have for your artwork. If you prefer to design your own custom printed products, get in touch for templates and guidelines.

Is it necessary for me to supply a design?

No, it’s not required for you to provide a design. We have a team of skilled designers ready to assist you.
