    Ordering Process

    If you have an account with us already simply call or email your order in to us. Our customer services team will process your order and follow up with a confirmation email and approximate delivery date.

    If you do not have an account with us but are interested in our products then either email or call us, we will put you in touch with one of our business development managers who will provide a quote.

    From this point simply fill in an account application and send it back to us. For credit accounts we carry out some checks but these do not take very long. Once your account is set up we will email you and then your ready to place your order.

We have our own fleet of vehicles for UK deliveries and also use Pall-Ex network. For smaller deliveries we use Fedex.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround Times

For deliveries to UK mainland we operate a next day service for orders under a pallet. For orders of a pallet or more we provide a 3 working day service. With every order if we can do it quicker we will.

Payment

Payment

For credit accounts our payment terms our 30 days, if we cannot offer you a credit account you can pay via card or BACS. Once payment is received your order will be on its way to you.
